COD is not available with us for the Online orders. If you are buying from a city
where our stores are located, then you can place an order over the email and can
collect the products from our store by paying in cash.

However, the product should have the Minimum Order Quantity as 1 for that particular
product. In case of the products which has the MOQ more than 1, extra shipping
charges will be applicable. The customer agent will be able to help you on the same.
Yes, 99% of the cases the size will be same. In some cases, especially for trophies,
the sizes might vary from 0.5 – 1 inches. These are handcrafted products, so the
consistency might get affected sometime in the course of production.
Yes, we issue all the bills with the GST details so that you can claim input tax.
Ensure that while placing the order, you enter your GST no. along with the correct
billing name and address. In case, you have missed initially then you can contact
our customer agent or write us an email at [email protected] and we will modify
and send the revised invoice with the GST details.
