agent will help you to complete your order.
COD is not available with us for the Online orders. If you are buying from a city
where our stores are located, then you can place an order over the email and can
collect the products from our store by paying in cash.
It generally takes 1-3 business days for us to dispatch the products and the
delivery timeline will be dependent on the location of the delivery. The time varies
on the availability of the products too. If something which is very urgent and you
need quick deliveries then, please discuss the same with our Customer agent and they
will be able to guide you with all the details and help you with the product option
which is available for quick deliveries.
Yes, we can deliver it to different locations as per the addresses given by you.
However, the product should have the Minimum Order Quantity as 1 for that particular
product. In case of the products which has the MOQ more than 1, extra shipping
charges will be applicable. The customer agent will be able to help you on the same.
Yes, 99% of the cases the size will be same. In some cases, especially for trophies,
the sizes might vary from 0.5 – 1 inches. These are handcrafted products, so the
consistency might get affected sometime in the course of production.
Yes, we issue all the bills with the GST details so that you can claim input tax.
Ensure that while placing the order, you enter your GST no. along with the correct
billing name and address. In case, you have missed initially then you can contact
our customer agent or write us an email at [email protected] and we will modify
and send the revised invoice with the GST details.
We deliver all across India and the globe. We are tied up with multiple logistic

Yes, GST is extra on every product. Apart from this, on some of the products
