1. How can we Order?
You can place order directly on the website or you can write us an email at order@trophykart.in with the details of your order. In the latter, our customer agent will help you to complete your order.
 

2. Can we place order using COD?
COD is not available with us for the Online orders. If you are buying from a city where our stores are located, then you can place an order over the email and can collect the products from our store by paying in cash.

3. How many days will it take for the delivery of the products?
Once you place the order, we will need approx. 3-4 days for the printing and then we can dispatch. The delivery will take place on basis of which location you are based in.
 

4. What if I want to place an order for the products lesser than the MOQ?
We do allow the same but in that case the pricing of the product goes up. You can reach out to our customer agent to understand the pricing for the same. 
 

5. Which kind of personalisation is best on these products?
We recommend UV / Screen Printing or engraving on these products. UV printing will be coloured, engraving & Screen printing will be of single colour. Not all printing are possible on all the products but you can choose one of the methods which are mentioned above along with these.
 

6. What is the warranty on these products?
For a gadget, there is 6 months to 1 year warranty on product to product. For any other accessory or drinkware, there is no warranty. If you receive any defective product, then you can get it in touch with our customer agent and they will help you with the replacement of the product if applicable.
